  • Feedback circle: Share experiences of trust-building challenges.

Module 3: Goal Setting and Alignment

Key Concepts: SMART and outcome-oriented goals; aligning team  objectives with organizational priorities. 

Activities:

  • Workshop: Redesign poorly framed goals to align with business  outcomes.
  • Case study: Analyze the impact of poorly designed sales KPIs.
  • Pair work: Create SMART goals for team members.

Module 4: The Art of Delegation

Key Concepts: The value of delegation, identifying tasks to delegate,  overcoming resistance. 

Activities:

  • Story analysis: Delegation and its impact on personal efficiency. o Delegation mapping: Identify tasks to delegate using a structured  matrix. 
  • Group coaching: Practice providing clear instructions for delegated  tasks.

Module 5: Effective Feedback and Coaching

Key Concepts: SBI framework for feedback; transitioning to GROW coaching. 

Activities:

  • Practice: Deliver constructive feedback using the SBI framework.
  • Reflection: Share lessons from past feedback experiences. 

Module 6: GROW Coaching – A Leadership Skillset

Key Concepts: GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) for structured coaching.

Activities: 

Theory and Explanation 

  • Interactive lecture on the GROW model. 
  • Explore its application in common managerial scenarios. 

Coaching Demonstrations 

  • Facilitator-led demo showcasing GROW coaching.

Module 7: Resolving Conflicts and Building Team Harmony

Module 8: Integration and Action Planning

Key Concepts: Synthesizing workshop learnings, committing to action.
